Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Position Description:
oBe a key Team Member of a group of machinists striving to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
oTo setup, prove out and run production in a repetitive batch environment on Citizen Swiss Lathes.
oHourly position that reports to the Group Leader.
Essential Job Functions:
oSet up CNC equipment using directions provided by set up sheets and quality plans.
oAbility to prove out and troubleshoot CNC programs on the machine control.
oAbility to select tools for a new job and trouble shoot tooling issues on existing jobs.
oUses measuring devices and blueprints to inspect parts for quality.
Responsible for adherence to 1st Articles and Quality Plans.
oOperates machines and produces consistent quality parts to specifications in the time frame allowed.
oAccurately completes all required paperwork at completion of job.
oUses hand tools, grinders, abrasives and other special deburring tools to remove sharp edges from machine surfaces.
oSupport problem-solving small group activities.
oMaintains a safe work area.
oMaintains a clean work area consistent with our 5S requirements.
oPerforms routine minor maintenance.
oAny other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:
Currently seeking a Citizen Swiss CNC Leadsman with a high level of Technical abilities to run either the 2nd or 3rd shift operations.
Must be able to go from Part Print to Production including program editing, troubleshooting the process, develop set up procedures, maintain all quality standards and training of operators.
Citizen / Star experience preferred. CAD/CAM experience a must (open to Partmaker or Autocad).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
